  One of the most amazing ups store i have ever come in to. Everything is clean, associates area helpful and respectful. 100% recomend it for prints and everyday needs copies, shipments, returns. Amazing store.

  If this review were based strictly on the level of care and attention Yahara gives her customers, it would get one million stars. As I pulled into my parking space, Yahara must have either seen me or anticipated that I would need help with the door because she quite literally walked across the store to hold it open and greet me. Once inside, I approached another employee at an open counter who begrudgingly began assisting me. Yahara, quick to help, immediately offered to assist me at another counter instead. It is this level of customer service that is so distinguishable. Corporate management should take note that they have a gem on their staff. The reason I am docking one star is that, unfortunately, Yahara’s willingness to assist every customer does not extend to all of the staff. Yahara, you are a superstar employee. I hope you receive the recognition you deserve.

  They need more workers here. The lines are forever with only one guy working (who is very patient). Not worth going to this location, better to drive somewhere a little further and not get stuck for 30 minutes in line.

  This location has the best staff! Mayra and Liz were so helpful and professional. I arrived on bike to drop off my package and they accepted it even a few minutes after closing. Great customer service.
