I just wanted to thank Miguel for his friendly attitude and for explaining the mailbox pricing to us. We felt very welcome. Good employee = nice atmosphere.

I had a disappointing experience with this chubby notary guy. When I presented a deed transferring from an individual’s name into her trust, the notary guy thought the transfer was from individual persons name to my name 😂 After reviewing the situation, the notary refused to notarize the document. I found the interaction unprofessional and frustrating. If he was going to refuse the notarization, I would have appreciated it if he had done so before writing anything on the document, rather than debating whether or not to notarize it and waste my time.

The White/ Hispanic guy with the box head and glasses is beyond rude and racist. I just left the location and had no problem last week, suddenly he tells me he can't scan my QR code and he doesn't know how to type it in. I started laughing and said just type it in....he reluctantly typed it in and said Oh it works ! Then he failed to attach the shipping label. I said are you going to attach the label and give me my receipt? He told me he had to wait on another customer who had been waiting. I said NO , I asked him was he in line and he told me to go ahead, please finish up with me and then you can proceed with the other customers. All he had to do was put my label onto the package and I could leave. Obviously he planned on ditching my package or redirecting it to Alaska. I was the Only black in the store and everyone was white. All of them agreed the clerk was being a racist jerk.
The lady behind me was more upset than me, she said just put the label on sir, it's super easy, he then grabbed my package and put the label on. He then rudely said there satisfied? Ummm yes I will be after I call corporate office and make a full formal complaint. I usually go to FedEx or USPS but they're just as bad ! This was my second visit and the first time an Asian guy assisted me with polite, prompt service. This was very shocking to get treated with such disdain by a young 30 year old, slavery is over and we must all strive to not only get along, but to do our very best at work!
I hope he gets fired !
