- MKMiri KimFeb 26, 20261.0This isn’t a review specifically for this location but just in general for UPS. I had a package sent to my apt and the driver left it inside an Amazon locker/ hub locker. He didn’t leave a code or email that it was delivered. I did everything and called customer service they were just like “can’t provide you with a code.” I tried tracking it and using the app and that was not helpful. Then the sender resent another package and they left it inside the locker AGAIN! I’m just so frustrated and confused because how did the driver put it inside the locker if he needed a code. Then they say that the second package was delivered to a different address and I’m just like well can you help me with that. Nope 👎🏻 . Im just so sick and tried. I filed a claim I called customer service, I used the app and the app is so not helpful. Why can’t they just give me the code already or at least do sth on their end because they made a mistake. I think at this point I’m just traumatized because this has never happened with other packages from UPS.

- BAB ADec 29, 20221.0Convenient location, however this location gives consistently subpar service, even when you call ahead to verify their services, equipment and ability. If you get service at all.l, it is a Hassel because staff do not know how to use the store's equipment and cannot be bothered to figure it out or ask. Fortunately, there is another location on Wilshire Blvd and Vermont Ave. not too far. Legit, in the 10 minutes it took to visit Vermont/Wilshire, the UPS Store5917 got it done.
