I frequently visit the UPS Store located at 300 S. Doheny Dr., and the service is always top-notch! Saba Panaddar is an absolute standout. She is consistently pleasant, incredibly helpful, and always goes out of her way to assist me with returns and shipping packages. She even knows that I stop by on my lunch break and always gets me in and out with absolute ease and efficiency. It makes a huge difference in my day. A++++ service all around!"

Rarely I found such a nice UPS store. Saba was absolutely fantastic, multitasking, solving three clients at the same time, so efficient! Went again today and was her colleague, great service again! The UPS store is inside the hotel.

My wife and I have been going to this UPS Store at least twice a month for several years. It is the most convenient and is open 7 days a week. It is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel at 300 S Doheny. The entire staff is always very helpful and friendly, especially Saba, who is the person that we are most often waited on by!

This place is really hard to find because it’s inside the LOBBY of the Four Seasons Hotel! Google doesn’t mention that, and the storefront photo is misleading. I was walking up and down the block in circles and was about to give up and look for another store. Fortunately, someone answered the phone right away, and Sara told me to come into the hotel lobby. Hopefully my updated photos will help others find it more easily.

Was hoping to ship an item before work and the store wasn’t open during the listed opening hours. I would have gone to another store that was open instead had I known. Would not recommend
