I don’t love leaving bad reviews and I’m aware this is going to be associated with my name on the internet … but the multiple times I’ve been to this location, the woman helping has been astoundingly rude. Not a good look for a Four Seasons.

Great personel but be mindful of what day and time it is - if it's busy the valet will give you are hard time for leaving your car to drop off packages.

I have been back now a few times since I wrote the below review. I have not encountered any issues. The people who work here are courteous and helpful. This was my previous review... I would love to give this location a better rating but lately when I come here it is closed during business hours. Several people in my area have experienced the same problem.

This UPS is INSIDE the Four Seasons Hotel 300 S. Doheny. The stock photo that UPS shows of a building is misleading. I had to circle back 2x.
