  My wife and I have been going to this UPS Store at least twice a month for several years. It is the most convenient and is open 7 days a week. It is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel at 300 S Doheny. The entire staff is always very helpful and friendly, especially Saba, who is the person that we are most often waited on by!

  This place is really hard to find because it’s inside the LOBBY of the Four Seasons Hotel! Google doesn’t mention that, and the storefront photo is misleading. I was walking up and down the block in circles and was about to give up and look for another store. Fortunately, someone answered the phone right away, and Sara told me to come into the hotel lobby. Hopefully my updated photos will help others find it more easily.

  Was hoping to ship an item before work and the store wasn’t open during the listed opening hours. I would have gone to another store that was open instead had I known. Would not recommend

  I don’t love leaving bad reviews and I’m aware this is going to be associated with my name on the internet … but the multiple times I’ve been to this location, the woman helping has been astoundingly rude. Not a good look for a Four Seasons.

  Great personel but be mindful of what day and time it is - if it's busy the valet will give you are hard time for leaving your car to drop off packages.
