  Ne réservez surtout pas. L’hôtel a fermé pour loger les sans abris. Nous avons réservé sur booking et nous n’avons pas été prévenus. Résultat, nous sommes arrivés à 20 heures avec deux enfants et avons été accueillis par deux agents de sécurité qui nous ont signifié la fermeture définitive de l’hôtel.

  Service was great. Room has some banging that woke up my family in the middle of the night but they switched us to another room which was awesome. Lost one star on service because the lady who came in to make up the room turned off the air unit in the middle of a heat wave. First room was good besides the banging. Second room was good but had a smoke odor. Parking was great as long as you're there before night. The showers had no water pressure.

  Aquí tienes una versión mucho más concisa: International travelers should be aware that this hotel only accepts payment with a physical credit card or cash. Mobile wallets and virtual cards are not accepted, which may force guests from outside the U.S. to use a different card and pay unnecessary foreign transaction fees. This policy is not clearly stated on the hotel’s website, unlike at other Best Western hotels. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted us was abrupt and unwilling to help, simply repeating that it was the hotel’s “policy.” The location is decent and the rooms are average, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service made our experience disappointing. They don’t have a complaint form available aswell, which is unacceptable for a public space like an hotel.

  Nuestra experiencia fue mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Aunque llegamos con algunas dudas por las reseñas, decidimos mantener la reserva y fue una buena decisión. Llegamos varias horas antes del check-in y, por un costo muy bajo, nos permitieron entrar antes a la habitación, algo que agradecimos muchísimo después del viaje. La habitación cuenta con mini refrigerador, microondas y todas las amenidades básicas. Justo enfrente hay un supermercado que cierra a la 1:00 a. m., además de varios restaurantes, lo que resulta muy práctico. El desayuno incluido, aunque sencillo, es suficiente para empezar el día y representa un buen ahorro para una familia. Otro punto a favor es la alberca, que disfrutamos mucho durante la ola de calor que nos tocó. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación: está muy cerca de una estación del Metro de Los Ángeles, desde donde puedes recorrer prácticamente toda la ciudad por solo 1.50 USD por trayecto, evitando gastar mucho más en transporte. Por su ubicación, comodidad y relación calidad-precio, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
