I placed an order for pickup on the Subway app and when I arrived at the restaurant, they refused to make my sandwich because it wasn’t showing up on their computer even though I showed them proof of the order, receipt, order number, everything. Had to wait 30 minutes for the order to finally appear in their system and only then did they start making it. It was a $7 sandwich btw. Horrible staff with zero common sense

I order a HOT SUB . Both ladies scheduled here today had a awful customer service , possibly new employees yet doesn’t give them the right to give me a COLD SANDWICH. I always come here on my lunch most of the time .
