I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location. While working, the employee was on the phone the entire time, which felt very unprofessional. When I told them I was there to pick up my order, they responded very rudely with just “What?” and had a dismissive attitude.
The packaging was also handled carelessly, and when they gave me my order, it felt like they practically tossed it at me instead of handing it over properly. Overall, the customer service was extremely rude and disappointing. I understand people can have bad days, but this was not an acceptable way to treat a customer.

I had the chance to enjoy a delicious meal today from this location, great customer service from Jose Carlos. He really makes it to be a great environment to eat there.

I’ve NEVER had a nasty sub till today. I ordered online it was order at 1:15 I got there at 1:19 for my lunch break. The bread is hard as heck the lady put mayo and never put I wanted mayo ( I don’t eat mayo at all ) I don’t taste nothing but mayo and hard bread and I’m mad because my lunch is over and I can’t take it back!
