I ordered online with specific instructions but some how they didn't go through so my order was wrong and the young lady was very nice....when I told her i cant take it like that she says this is the only time I will redo your order which I felt was kinda rude bc Im paying for this service not you!!! I've been going to this subway for years and never have I been told this. Im never ordering online again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service from two of the female employees was unacceptable. A Hispanic employee made a “usssh” gesture when more customers walked in, which came across as unprofessional and rude. If dealing with customers is an issue, this may not be the right role.
The other employee (She was a Indian/Armenian Female) was also quite rude and lacked basic customer service skills. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful—I’ve been there myself—but that doesn’t justify treating customers poorly. Overall, the experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses these issues.
