  I placed a mobile order for pickup, but I happened to be in the store while my sandwich was being made. The employee working around 8:00 PM on July 28 (my receipt says “Served by 999997”) was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond by recommending a couple of sauces I never would have thought to try—and they were delicious! It honestly made my sandwich a five-star experience. What impressed me even more was that she was running the entire store by herself, yet she still took the time to provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly deserves recognition. Thank you for the excellent service—I will definitely be back!

  I’ve been I have never been to a subway where they tell you you can only get a little bit of everything because they don’t have enough, but I still have to pay full price for my salad. This is the worst service. I asked to speak to a manager, she came out wouldn’t give me her name. I cannot believe this subway is acting like this in my neighborhood. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to corporate needs to take note on this. What happened to make it your way or have it your way I’ve never seen people like this and I didn’t get anything but a salad and I asked for extra onions and they said they cannot do that I am so pissed off I shouldn’t have bought it warning only come here if you want a baby or a kid size meal then she was joking with me asked me did I want a whole container that was very rude I asked for two handfuls. I only got lettuce, tomato and cucumber no cheese no nothing else for $12 and you can’t give me the amount of onions I want this is crazy I started to go to Calif Chicken Cafe. They have a half a salad for six dollars and they Bring it to your car I’m so pissed off I could go on and on I’m gonna stop and you should stop and think about your portion size when you get to the subway at La Cienega and Pico remember they’re charging us a doll prices but giving us kitty meals a toddler would eat more than this Horrible, horrible service

  I love going into Subway getting my sandwich. The lady there named Trina is always so kind and sweet asks How my day is? makes juicy sandwiches
