  I placed an online order and upon arrival, the item was found on the counter. An employee handed me an empty cup and gestured toward the drink station, which proceeded to dispense a clear beverage instead of the requested Dr Pepper or Pepsi. When I informed the attendant of the discrepancy, he appeared nonchalant, suggesting a lemonade instead—clearly not what I had ordered. While the sandwich was acceptable, the cookies were disappointingly hard, far from the soft texture expected. It’s worth noting that Subway cookies are not known for being weaponized. I won't visit this branch 😢 sad.

  Hispanic dude in there kinda big and tall, rude. Clearly he has to work this job and hates it. They also don’t have half the protein options

  i called literally 20 times in a row and they just pick up then hang up - and i’m just trying to find out if they accept EBT or not… smh that’s a HUGE red flag - Management should be charged!
