I wanted to shop and eat there on the spot and they don't have a place for customers to wash their hands and neither do any sanitizers. Delicious everything is very good attention, but when you don't have a way to wash your hands, that lowers the quality of service. I clarify that the woman who attended me was very attentive and kind.

Rarely go in here due to previous issues with courteousness.. I go in today and the cashier is alone and having difficulties charging the customer before me. After a while a manager comes over, assist and checks the lady out. She then decides to use this as a teaching situation. Neither of them ever acknowledged me. Waited a total of 10 mins… although I did not get a sandwich . On my way out I told them both how rude they were and how they could’ve at least acknowledge me , gave a fake “I’ll be with you in a moment”… instead the manager is like “she’s new” looking taken aback. Lady customers still need to be serviced !! But whatever, Won’t spend my money where it’s not welcomed or appreciated.

Jesus Christ this destroyed my stomach. Meatballs have to be expired or the red sauce is expired. Immediate intestinal distress. Don’t ever eat here! Please save yourself!

Honestly, food is decent, it’s the workers that lack the courteous tone. At times I feel like I’m talking to someone who is forced to do that work for free.
Going to the actual store to eat is unpleasant because the tables are dirty even when the shop is empty and we’re the only customers there. Homeless/junkies outside also make it a pain to eat in. Take out or delivery is the way to go. But even the orders have you guessing which sub is yours because they aren’t numbered according to the receipt.
I cannot emphasize enough on the dismissive attitude from the employees at times.
