  Guy who works there did not take my entire order and later when my girlfriend came from the bathroom did not want to take her order and sent her to the back of the line.

  I asked for just a bread and she charged me a whole sandwich 7.99 for the price of bread! They advertised the soup for 3.99 but they charge you 5.49! I understand that this is a touristic area but this kind of behavior at least with your day to day customers are not acceptable.

  The only reason I come here is because its the closest sandwhich shop near my work. Came in and was not greeted which is fine as I saw theyre working on an order so i wait until theyre finished. Mind you, theres 2 other customers waiting ahead of me. im standing here for close to 5 mins and finally im acknowledged, only to be told that they are "closed" because theyre working on a big order. How are you going to see customers waiting to be helped and finally speak up only to dismiss them? They could have worded things differently as you cannot be closed because your doors are unlocked and clearly opened for business. I walked all the way here so I decided to wait. Then the customers that came in to pick up so called big mobile order were told, "you should have called ahead to let us know" which i dont see what the difference would have been if they did so since theres only 2 of them working, and also not how you talk and greet customers when they walk in. They are not required to call ahead and "let you know". I work in the restaurant/hospitality industry and just my experience here today was not great. 👎🏼 unfortunately its the nearest sandwhich spot here so I will be back, Hopefully a better experience next time.

  Clearly says closes at 10pm but closed at 9:17pm

  Worst ever customer service ! So mean to talk and converse with people. Especially the less haired guy, if he does not want people then why is doing the job.
