I had a very disappointing experience today with a Hispanic lady wearing glasses. I placed an order online and went to pick it up.
When I arrived, the employee immediately told me, "I'm busy right now, just wait," even though I hadn't even had a chance to say anything. I explained that I was there to pick up an order, but she again told me to wait.
What made the experience worse was that the order she was preparing was actually mine.
Unfortunately, the sandwich was poorly made
-the bread was soggy, and there were no labels indicating which sandwich was which.
I understand that employees can be busy, but basic customer service and professionalism should still be provided. I hope management addresses this because customers should not be treated this way, especially when they are simply trying to pick up an order they already Paid for it
