    I love coming to this subway!! Every time i come here fatima always so nice and funny she always have a nice smile!!! Also I love the manager selvin!! He is the best!! Great costumers service.

    I had the worst interaction with Manger Delvin, After accidentally placing my pickup order at the wrong location, I called the store hoping to see if there were any options available to help resolve the issue, such as canceling the order or another possible solution. When I politely asked what my options were, Serwin responded by saying, “I don’t know, do whatever you want.” This response was dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude. He then went on to say that he was not going to “waste money” because I made a mistake. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple question after making an honest mistake. I am disappointed by how this interaction was handled and hope this matter will addressed appropriately, as I will be escalating it! Customers should be treated with respect, even when the answer is no.

    First time at this location, and didn't like the experience. Selvin was a little on the rude side. No "Hi" or "Thank you." The lettuce was wilted and the veggies looked old. He didn't wash his hands when putting on new gloves either.
