  The young dude they call Jay dont listen he didn't give me pickles like i ask or the right cheese pay attention or go find another job i will not go bk to this subway and on top of that he had a attitude dude i am spending my money like wth 👎

  Martha Hernandez, the General Manager was very rude and disrespectful to a few customers I didn’t observe the customer doing anything that Warranted her attitude. As a General Manager she should try more to show leadership and de-escalate any situation, not talk rude and talk at her customers. I hope that @subway will have a conversation with this General Manager and talk to her about Leadership and respecting her customers.
