  Would rate 0/5 if I could!! Go ahead and save your self the headache and eat somewhere else. Went to Subway to grab a quick Sandwich before our train left and got the worst service. They stand behind the plexiglass and speak quietly and then proceed to get mad when you say huh because you can't hear what they said. I did not know he asked me what bread I wanted, after I finally heard what he said he shook his head at me when turning around to grab the bread. The next worker when ringing up my food said read the screen before tapping the screen rudely. Once again I could barely hear what he said, just before I almost tapped my card he clear as day said "Typical". My fiancé and I looked at each other in disbelief as to how rude they BOTH were. Reading other reviews, this does not seem to be a one off occasion. To top everything off, once we got on the train to eat. My sandwich was not only squished but also had little to no filling. Save your time and money and eat litterally anywhere else.

  I didn't know it was possible to take a normal bad subway and make it worse, but this one manages. They constantly are understaffed during rushes. Who knew that trains leaving on schedules causes problems? Today takes the cake: I had preordered knowing our train had a pause and it was marked as accepted. As we pull in, I get a cancellation email. I go down there and they say the system is down, ok sure, I'll just order in person. Nope, can't take cards. Ok, I'll pay cash. Sorry, we don't take cash. This is at noon on a Friday. Corporate really needs to visit this franchise and have them get their act together.

  Watch what you are charged for. Got charged for sub n soda and got no soda cos I hadn't asked for it. Saw the charge later and they handed over change. The people who were making it are least interested to even ask or listen that you asked for sauces. To top it off those people charged me for the spicy nachos chicken as the subway site mention"...finished with Cheddar Cheese sauce and Creamy Sriracha sauce for an extra kick." Doesn't seem like the people there are aware of that. Handed me subwich without any sauces at all after arguing and making faces gave me sauces in carry away small boxes

  The employees are great. Professional and kind. Also extremely patient, unfortunately one of the customers that was being helped right in front of me started being rude and yelling at the employees however the employees maintained their professionalism and wished them a good day. The person left still being rude and I wanted to take a moment to congratulate the two ladies and the one gentleman there that continued to provide good service.
