They are so helpful ,personable, go over and beyond to help unlike AI 🙄! Yes they are more expensive for auto insurance but its almost worth it because Mercedes and Analisa at the Salvador Mercado Allstate on Pico Blvd in W.LA are Awsome ! They really help me alot and very personable and kind . They are most expensive compared to others but in ling run worth every penny ! I love the team of Salvador Mercado thats why I stay with Allstate on Pico blvd in WLA because the team is AMAZING !!! Always there to answer questions, informative, personable ,go over and beyond everytime . You guy's rock !!! I tried to switch to another insurance because they are on higher side ,but realized not worth it because the cheaper quotes are all AI and incompetent idiots . I ended up saving money with Allstate and keeping competent ,personable Salvador Mercado amazing agents ! God Bless you for being so patient with me .....I know I can have lot's of questions and each time, so patient and no tones of attitude but nothing but kindness . Best ,Barbara B

Lisa was an absolute gem to communicate with. Her professionalism and dedication to rectifying my car-break-in case was assuring and really made me feel cared for. The situation was resolved quickly and with little headache. I have been very satisfied with Lisa, Carla, and the rest in Sal's office. A great team.
