  I must tell you part of the experience when shopping at the stores is the quality of customer service you receive and Tori above and beyond to make this and every experience absolutely amazing. She is one of the reasons why I continue to shop at this store for my wife because every time we go there, she truly takes care of us and make sure everything is perfect. She also takes the time to make sure my kiddos are given some sort of delicious little treat that they have in the back and she is one of the reasons why I will forever be a client to this store and Tori in particular. If this was my company, I would highly recommend promoting Tori to management from the level of customer service she gives each and every time.

  Saint Laurent in the Topanga Mall always treat us so well whenever we visit! Michael took care of us today and he was really kind & helpful! The workers here are the sweetest to the customers out of all of the designer stores in the mall, i’ve never had a bad i counter with one of the sales persons:) if you visit, ask for Michael!
