  這裡的人員實在太糟糕了 我要寄送一件包裹 偌大的櫃檯只有一位名叫Natasha的年長女性 她看了一眼我的單據後，從桌上一疊厚厚的影印紙條中抽了一張給我，上面是一串手寫的地址 她要我去另一個數公里外的FedEx寄件 我詢問原因，她打著哈欠說因為我沒有紙本單據 我向她確認「所以妳需要紙本單據才能讓我寄件嗎？」 她居然大聲回我「是妳需要紙本單據，不是我」 從頭到尾一直嘆氣不耐煩，真不知道為什麼Natasha還要繼續這份她不想做的工作，他們甚至影印了一疊紙條來趕走客人

  Dont understand why but only person I have an issue there is some black women in the counter she always giving attitude regardless if you give her good attitude also always cutting me off mid sentence and giving me false information. She recently told me standard overnight is P1 delivery which i know it is not P1 for I have been using FedEx for 3 years now and understand the difference of each service since I have used each service within those 3 years constantly. When im being tended by another worker there i dont ever have any issue or receive any type of attitude only by her really dont understand why when I dont even know the lady and always spoke to her with respect. So my advice to any of yall that goes to this Fedex location steer clear from that women if you want to have a good experience at Fedex

  Always friendly, great customer service and any questions are answered. The most painless and easiest Fedex center I have ever used.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had a FedEx facility-the staff were rude before I could even approach the line. Long story short save yourself a trip and go to a franchise location…… also my package didn’t leave that location for five days but I paid for a two day shipping service—-I would not recommend this ever to anybody if you want your shipping service to be on time
