  We need to file a complaint regarding our delivery driver, Sam. Unfortunately, he has repeatedly failed to deliver our packages properly. In many instances, he does not attempt to enter the building or come to our office, even though we have specifically requested that he do so. This has happened on multiple occasions and has caused ongoing issues with receiving our deliveries. We would like to know how we can request a different driver to service our location, as we no longer have confidence that our packages will be delivered reliably. Please let us know what steps we need to take to have a different driver assigned to our route. Thank you for your assistance.

  Put FedEx out of business! Drivers can’t deliver to a single entrance after a year and customer service at this location is nice, but calling a 1-800# is useless. Management doesn’t solve problems they ignore them. A year of complaining and nothing!
