Girl who helped me was kind and courteous. Helped me with mailing some papers with a preprinted label. Thanks!

I ordered 100 copies, and just normal paper, but the folks at this location upgraded the copies to better paper for free. I was astonished with the quality, the time and effort. Would 100% this location, they were so sweet.

FedEx’s tracking is tampering with delivery information. I paid for express Shipping for my passport. On the day I left it did not arrive and the tracking said delayed till after the weekend. Now to submit a claim, their system says a delivery attempt was supposedly made within the time frame. Why is there no longer record of the delivery delay? That’s fraud. They also claim they can’t give a refund b/c no access was provided to the building. But I was already gone so how did they gain access the “second time”? We pay hundreds of dollars as customers and they use technology to cover themselves from responsibility. Go elsewhere people.
