The worst customer experience ever. I had already gone to this location in person with a flash drive of the image I wanted to be made into a canvas print. This is what your website told me to do when I first tried to do this online. So that is what I did last Thursday, with your extremely rude counter person. She downloaded the image from my flash drive and told me it will be ready tomorrow (Friday, the 20th) or someone will contact me if there are issues with the image. Today is Monday the 23rd, so I called to check on the status and that SAME rude, completely disinterested girl(yes, I recognized her voice, hard to forget) told me I need to do this online. I reminded her that the reason I went into her store was because her website told me this wasn't the way I needed to have it done, so what now? She could absolutely care less, and told me I should try another location. No further suggestions, no further customer service whatsoever.
I want this store's manager and/or owner to know that while so many people are being laid off right now because of lack of business, you had a customer who wanted to give you business, and this is how your employee treated me. I am dumbfounded that you have someone like this representing you. I just thought you should know.
