Huge shoutout to Angel at this location! I spoke to her multiple times to handle several unique packages being shipped by an out-of-town guest. Always polite and perky - but when the shipper got lost, arriving only 10 minutes before closing, Angel went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly, staying focused and pleasant throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating moment became a heroic experience for us by Angel!
Daniel, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me. He was very hospitable, and kind throughout the entire process. What is also telling about him is how kindly he treats his staff and customers - always with a smile on his face.
I will 100% return every time I need anything printed or shipped.

These people are such thieves! I paid more just to get my package delivered by a certain date internationally. The package never got delivered by that date although the fedex rep at this center promised me the delivery date, she put it for expected delivery date instead of scheduled delivery date on the system. There was no other way to know this before paying and getting a receipt. Now fedex is telling me I’m not eligible for a refund for late delivery because of that. If I’m paying extra, I need to get it delivered by a certain date, that’s an understood thing and that’s what was promised by the rep there!!!! But these people lack the business integrity and honesty. I would definitely stop using fedex now because of lack of business ethics shown by these monsters.
Guy on the phone at 5 today (Friday) Hung up on me while I was still talking, I work in retail and sales and have to work the phones and I would get fired if I did that to a customer.
