  The people are nice, but they are understaffed and don't really show any sense of urgency. It is always a long wait. I have slightly better luck at the Fedex on Vine, but really the best option if you don't have to do fedex is the UPS on Virgil.

  I swear every single time they find a way to screw up delivery and force me to pick up my packages. Their phone system is ridiculous and the AI assistant couldn't figure it's way out of a paper bag. I called twice to get a package that was delivered to the wrong address, each time the operator ASSURED me that the package is in route to my address. Next thing I know, it's at a FedEx store. Every. Time.

  Muy mal servicio muy racista el señor que me atendió cuando le.di mi identificación como era de mi país al entregármela la tiro en la mesa yo le estoy pagando por su servicio fedex es caro y recibí un mal trato qué decepción Very bad service, very racist, the man who served me when I gave him my ID since it was from my country, when he handed it to me, he threw it on the table. I am paying for his FedEx service, it is expensive and I received bad treatment, what a disappointment.2🥲🥲

  Andrew behind the counter was helpful, fast, and great customer service. I came by in a rush to do printing and an oversized print and he saved me ! Would recommend especially if Andrew is here
