  I swear every single time they find a way to screw up delivery and force me to pick up my packages. Their phone system is ridiculous and the AI assistant couldn't figure it's way out of a paper bag. I called twice to get a package that was delivered to the wrong address, each time the operator ASSURED me that the package is in route to my address. Next thing I know, it's at a FedEx store. Every. Time.

  Worst customer service. We don’t want to speak to robots that don’t solve anything. A human can do the job in 2 minutes. Creating obsolescence the mad when your company fails in the customer service department

  Scott was fantastic and saved me when I had a printing emergency 1 hour before close on a Friday. So so appreciative!!!

  Super helpful workers, came in today trying to print a resume and they helped out with showing me how to use the machine up to making sure it’s how i wanted it. definitely would recommend them to anyone else and i will be using this place for all my printing and shipping needs
