  Was there yesterday, and the Tiffany or Tiffanie helped me with shipping a package. Super helpful and very knowledgeable, this location has the best customer service, and from now on I will only use them to send all my packages. Thank you again for all your help.

  Very frustrating experience. I had one simple document to send, and it took over an hour because the staff were being trained on how to use the system while helping customers. I understand that employees need to be trained, but customers—especially those clearly in a rush—shouldn’t be used as the training ground. Once the manager saw how long it was taking and that the staff didn’t know how to complete the transaction, they should have stepped in and taken over. A simple FedEx shipment should not take over an hour.

  I went on a Saturday morning at around 11:00. There were a couple of people in front of me waiting in line. The staff went about their business not acknowledging anyone in line, even leaving the floor, walking away and then coming back. It was almost as if no one else was there. It would have been professional and courteous for a staff member to look at us (the customers) and acknowledge us and say that someone will be with us shortly, instead of acting as if we were not there. Once I was helped, the staff member was helpful and polite.

  The worst staff in the industry very rude they never smile they oversell you. They treat you like you need to pay them individually specially, the manager, the one who wears black.
