I had a highly frustrating experience at this location. The customer service provided by the employee, Liz (the Store Manager), was absolutely unacceptable and made picking up a package unnecessarily difficult.
What made the situation worse was the inconsistency in how customers are treated.
I witnessed her applying one set of rules to the people ahead of me, but when it was my turn, she completely changed the protocol for my pickup. When I politely asked her to clarify where these specific rules were coming from and why they were being applied differently to me, she refused to provide an answer and immediately changed the subject.
As a store manager, she should be transparent, consistent, and helpful. Instead, the interaction was hostile and unprofessional. I will be avoiding this location in the future.
Fast and good customer service
I absolutely love Carmen. She really helped me scan a big 35 by 24 file document for a jacket that im making for my fashion class. I hope that management knows how valuable, patient, amazing and awesome she is. Thanks chica. You are the BEST! <3
Thank you so much for Cindy helping me I am disabled not to tech smart however the reason review is low due to a young person with a snake tattoo who really kept on making excuses not to help me feels like they got job for paycheck or related don’t put effort into working. Thank you again Cindy you made a difference

Was there to use a computer to take an assessment test, why do you guys charge $0.45 cents for a minute to use your computers ? Plus I wasn't even able to take my test because something with your computer and was super slow , so I spent $4 for nothing wow
