  I had a more than amazingly wonderful experience at the FEDex at USC village. They employees there were very helpful and especially the manager. I think his Charles. I went there in the 2nd week of June to ship several things via Lugless. Most of the employees were not familiar how about the process of doing this but Charles guided all of the other workers and made sure that I was taken care of, assured, and confident that the shipping of my stuff would go well. And it did go well! I received all of my things just fine and ahead of schedule.

  Do NOT! And I repeat! Do not use FedEx as a third party usps shipper. This particular FedEx is able to take packages you want sent via USPS, because they have a postal clerk come and get the packages every weekday. I’ve used this system for years but I’ve noticed that every time I have a package that has some type of value, it goes missing. I recently brought a few packages to them like usual and I checked the tracking after 5 days and it’s still not shipped. All they do is say it’s usps fault because they for sure gave them the packages. It’s just frustrating because you will NEVER really know if they stole them or if USPS lost them. It’s a lose lose. I know it sounds convenient to just give the package to give to usps but PLEASE DONT!!!! They will lose your package then shrug their shoulders if it never shipped.
