  I came in to mail a full box of clothes (the cardboard was even bowing a bit on the lid) and was told because they shifted in the box - as clothes do against cardboard - I would need to pay them $10? $15 (can’t remember) to pack it with packing materials so the contents didn’t shift. There was literally no room left in the box haha. I also had two pairs of shoes to return and they also shifted in their box, but it was exactly how they were mailed to me (using FedEx). First time I’ve ever heard of this up-charge. I just mailed them at a different location with sane employees.

  You know those people who take their jobs too seriously? Like the ones who need to enforce the FedEx box commandments instead of providing customer service? Yea those workers work here. I was turned away from shipping an item because my box was slightly folded because I placed my gym bag on top of it in the car. Just an ever so slight fold, that will make no difference in use case. Just went to the next FedEx and they happily took my box like normal with a smile on their face. Stay away from this location or you’ll encounter the FedEx police. He’s very rugged, glasses, needs a shave.

  Burada resmen insanları dolandırıyorlar 10 $ para yükledim ve print makinasından hiçbir şey alamadım daha sonra oradaki personelle konuştum ancak iade yapamadıklarını ve makinanın bozuk olduğu için iade veremediklerini söyledi !
