  I had a great experience at FedEx yesterday. The location was clean, organized, and the customer service was quick and efficient. I went in for passport photos, and Mansur was able to help me through the entire process. Mansur was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain how to obtain digital copies of my photos. One feature I really appreciated was that FedEx can verify whether the photo meets passport requirements. Thank you, Mansur, for making the process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Price was very cheap. Excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing passport photos or other FedEx services.

  You have two checkouts, one for shipping and one for printing. Why in the world would you want two people waiting to pick up print orders that are already ready to wait behind a line of 8 people all with shipping orders and no labels? The point of having two different checkouts is to service customers at the right pace. This pace is not that... Visited back today and it's unfortunately the way they are running the bussiness now. The nicest employee there confirmed that's how they've been doing it recently in spite of having two pickups intended for two different purposes. This will be the last order I place here. Staples is just down the street and uses their print checkout for print customers.

  They are slow, rude, and don't acknowledge you when you walk in; overall, it’s an awful experience to come here.
