This is a big FedEx Office, but having only one employee handling everything is not fair to the employee or the customers. She was working extremely hard and doing an excellent job, so I want to give her credit. There were many people waiting in line. Some customers needed help with the computers, others had printer issues, and she had to take care of everyone by herself. She was doing her best, but one person can’t handle everything alone.
Parking in this area is also very difficult. Many customers end up parking in the red zone because they just need to quickly drop off or ship their packages. People don’t have time to wait 30 minutes or more just because there’s only one employee working
This is the first time I’ve seen a FedEx Office with only one employee on duty. FedEx should schedule more staff to reduce the wait time and provide better service. I wasn’t satisfied with the overall experience, but the employee deserves recognition for working so hard under such difficult conditions Please give her the support she needs

Update your hours
On January 12 There was a Hispanic lady who helped me out with the printing service. But I ended up canceling my printing order since pixel was not in good condition. The lady told me she is going to refund me the charge. But she hasn't been!!until now!! When I called them they are just saying the don't remember or manager is not here. OMG the service is horrible.
