  Unfortunately our colleagues came to this shipping center after a conference, and were not permitted to create/purchase a new shipping label on the spot unless they downloaded an app. This is a service offered at all other FedEx locations (no app required, just provide the address and pay), so it was a bit disruptive. The printing service at this location was very fast, which we appreciated.

  Insane that because this located in a hotel, that there is an additional $7 fee to drop an already prepaid package off. Between this fact and the construction noise, absolutely insane.

  Located on the third floor of the Marriott! Note: $10 hotel convenience fee + parking 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸 The ladies who work at this FedEx are very nice and helpful. packages normally get picked up for ground shipping at 3:30 PM and international at 4 PM. There’s also another FedEx off Wilshire and Figueroa, maybe easier to get you by some and they don’t charge a convenience fee…

  This place charges for dropping packages off… even when the package already has a paid label attached….

  FedEx’s tracking is tampering with delivery information. I paid for express Shipping for my passport. On the day I left it did not arrive and the tracking said delayed till after the weekend. Now to submit a claim, their system says a delivery attempt was supposedly made within the time frame. Why is there no longer record of the delivery delay? That’s fraud.
