  Shipped out extremely important documents to Mexico, the process was super simple and easy. The young lady helped me with everything, she even took time to look for a DHL office on the other side. She is amazing.

  Came in to ship an item and asked for DHL flyer bags, which every DHL Service Point I've used provides. The employee, said her boss doesn't allow them to give out DHL packing supplies. This is a DHL-branded location advertising "packing and shipping" so refusing DHL's own packaging makes no sense. When I pushed back she tossed a couple of packing slips at me that I hadn't asked for and told me to "stop acting like a child, this isn't high school." I asked for her supervisor or anyone above her and she said she doesn't have one. This appears to be a third-party partner location operating under the DHL name, which would explain both the supply policy and the lack of accountability. I drove to a different DHL Service Point, got the flyer bags immediately, and was treated normally. If you need DHL supplies or basic courtesy, use another location.

  This place doesn’t open on time… and no phone answered why??? It’s not professional and I’m so frustrated when I was in hurry
