  Today I had an outstanding experience at DHL in Hollywood while arranging a large shipment to Germany. The excellent service began with a couple of very helpful phone calls and continued when I brought the shipment in. Terika, the young woman who assisted me, was exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and incredibly hands-on throughout the entire process. She took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and made what could have been a complicated and stressful shipment remarkably easy. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such professionalism with genuine friendliness and a willingness to help. Terika is a tremendous asset to DHL. And to whoever her boss is: I have no idea what Terika is paid—but after service like this, I’m casting my vote for a raise!😃

  Orrible nos arrepentimos dever puesto una encomienda aca en los angeles pagamos 160 Dolores por unos album Nos dijeron aca que Aya en el salvador lo mas que ibamos a pagar de impuesto eran unos 20 Dolores y no fue asi tuvimos que pagar 68 Dolores es demasiado por que si aca nos disen ese precio no lo viera mandado es el peor servicio tambiem no llego el dia que dijeron se tardo 6 dias en llegar es lo peor esta Empresa

  Came here on a Wednesday morning April 22, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (store claims to open at 9:30 A.M.) and it was closed. I don’t know how much less than a one star it can be if they promise to be open at a certain time and they don’t make it.
