  Orrible nos arrepentimos dever puesto una encomienda aca en los angeles pagamos 160 Dolores por unos album Nos dijeron aca que Aya en el salvador lo mas que ibamos a pagar de impuesto eran unos 20 Dolores y no fue asi tuvimos que pagar 68 Dolores es demasiado por que si aca nos disen ese precio no lo viera mandado es el peor servicio tambiem no llego el dia que dijeron se tardo 6 dias en llegar es lo peor esta Empresa

  Super rude staff, unfortunately the shipment I had was required to go through DHL otherwise I'd avoid this place like the plague

  Came here on a Wednesday morning April 22, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (store claims to open at 9:30 A.M.) and it was closed. I don’t know how much less than a one star it can be if they promise to be open at a certain time and they don’t make it.

  Monse is amazing!!!! She was such a great help through the process! Explained everything!!!! 1st time shipping to Venezuela, much costlier than I thought... but when it's for a loved ones birthday, you can't put a price on a nice surprise!!!   I needed to ship a pakage overseas. I went to 2 different locations since both DHL agents were having different opinions on how to handle the legalities of the destination the pakage was being shipped to. I was refferd to Terika by the DHL agent in Studio city speaking highly of how she knows how to handle this shipment. So I went .Terika not only handles my shipment with ease , she was very friendly, professional and had the most positive attitude. I would go back to this DHL location because of the service Terika provided Me . Whenever you want to ship DHL go to THIS LOCATION. THIS GIRL IS AWSOME & KNOWS HER STUFF.
