  Absolutely horrible customer service experience in my attempt to get renter's insurance for a new apartment over the phone. Even after she requested that I text all information to her to avoid any data entry errors, she still mistyped my data and brushed it off as a non-issue. Additionally, when I attempted to explain to her the specific requirements from my building management for my renter's insurance application and asked for further clarity, she would condescendingly talk over me and be rude about it. After I told her to cancel my renter's insurance application, she abruptly hung up the phone call. I strongly advise to triple check all of your inputted information if you decide to work with this agent because she is not detail-oriented.

  I switched my home owners policy to Allstate in 2022. Not only was the price lower the customer service was excellent. I met with Litzy and she was the best. She answered every question I had and followed up with me whenever she said she would.

  Love this place i’m thankful with this insurance place for the low price they found for me. I’m so thankful with Miguel Martinez that help me get the insurance i have. I recommend him if anyone wants to be treated fairly and with kindness that’s the guy you need to see, they all nice but miguel is the man for the job.

  What I like about this office is that they are going to tell me the things the way they are, that way I am able to make educated choices regarding my insurance needs. They also dont charge me extra inorder for me to make payments, changes like adding a driver or vehicle.
