Terrible Customer Service when trying to do a return within the 7 day policy stated on their receipt. Kept saying they needed approval from higher ups and kept trying to convince us they gave us a great deal on the phone to keep it. Called customer service while standing in the store and the customer service agent from cricket was arguing with Moe that as a manager he doesn’t need approval. After another hour of going back and forth he was able to do the return but then had to pay $35 cash to pay for shipping to return the phone only to learn it is still at the store and hasn’t been sent back. Super shady stay away

I came in looking for a new phone after having spotty service with T-Mobile and the employee worked with me and got me the phone I wanted! The port in was smooth and he was very friendly, I walked away with a new phone and very very satisfied with my service. I definitely recommend checking out this cricket wireless store, they’re the best.
