  The lady Jocelyn she has moved everything she told me the best buys she told me what phone would do what she help me switch all data and information from one phone to another and then I forgot it an issue and when I called her back she even assist me with that and she was great. cricket crickets should recognize her and promot her

  I went today to get a new case and screen protector for my phone at this location. Bobby and Jocelyn provided great customer service and they should be able to receive tips. Every employee at cricket should be able to receive tips because they serve the public as much as any waiter or waitress.
