  I went today to get a new case and screen protector for my phone at this location. Bobby and Jocelyn provided great customer service and they should be able to receive tips. Every employee at cricket should be able to receive tips because they serve the public as much as any waiter or waitress.

  Excellent service, the staff is very competent and truly willing to help customers. I appreciate the cost savings and the step-by-step explanation. The new manager was attentive. And my phone is great
