  I went to the store looking for a new phone and Andre helped me , he is very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. In no time I chose a new phone and Andre helped set up my new device with a smile! He also gave me a great deal ....I have been a customer of cricket since 2017 and am very content. Ask 4 Andre for the Best customer service 😊

  I lost my phone and when I went into this Cricket store to get help, Miguel and Nick were extremely patient and knowledgable. I am very grateful for their help in getting a new phone through a leasing program. For once in my life, the process of replacing a phone was not at all difficult!! THANK YOU.
