  Left after less than 3 minutes, Julie was very arrogant and rude, which made it very difficult for me to want to give them my business. If your secretary offers this bad of a customer service experience I’d consider firing her given her attitude makes you lose clientele since she’s the first person you interact with. Right from the start her tone and attitude was very belittling and impatient. I asked a few questions and she would be very snarky in her replies. I walked out because I did want to continue dealing with her attitude. If you want better treatment drive up Beverly to Alsop & Associates: Allstate insurance in montebello, it’s less than a 5 minute drive.

  Julia doesn’t like her job if u ask her for assistance to explain something to you or just any type of questions she would give you the run Around and doesn’t even try to look at her computer just tell you she can’t help you and u need to figure it out with a faul demeano.Not professional at all . Wouldn’t recommend this place in a thousand years your better off going anywhere else . It’s a shame that I’ve been with them for multiple years and the don’t how to treat there customers. I would recommend they take a customer service skills test so they can get some kind of knowledge

  Carlos is an amazing agent and really hands on. He has been helping me with all my insurance needs, Home, Life and Car insurance for over 10 year now and he always makes me feel like a true valued customer, always available and never too busy.
