  I had the opportunity to visit the AP House in Los Angeles and it was an awesome experience from start to finish thanks to Terren!! From the design of the space to the level of hospitality, everything felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. What stood out most was how personal the entire visit felt. Terren took the time to really get to know us, understand our story, and what we’re building long-term. It never felt rushed or transactional. They treat you as you would treat someone visiting your home! One thing that really stayed with me was the idea of “alignment” making sure values, vision, and direction truly line up. That mindset added a deeper layer to the experience and made it genuinely meaningful. And to top it off, the opportunity to purchase a watch was an amazing surprise. This visit completely changed how I view Audemars Piguet, not just as a watchmaker, but as a brand built around relationships, experience and the people that represent the brand. Ask for Terren when visiting, your experience will be unforgettable! Looking forward to continuing the journey.

  My friend and I really loved the opportunity to come into the AP house Los Angeles and explore the history of AP. Terren and everyone at AP house were very kind and welcoming from the get go. I have never experienced such professional and amazing experience from any other watch brand. Terren took his time to understand our motives and curiosity of the brand and went over the history and the meticulous process from which each AP came about. We then tried on multiple different models, experiencing the great detail and care that goes into fabrication of each time piece. Looking at photos online does not do justice to the artistry and the master craft that goes into each watch. It’s definitely worth coming into an AP house and have the chance to truly experience the elegance of each time piece on your wrist.

  Absolutely lovely experience. I was in town and emailed them a few days before and the staff responded to my email and called me to follow up. Very fast and very professional service. They sent me instructions via email on where and how to park (Nadine really went above and beyond). They met us in the lobby and brought us up. For the appointment we met with Terren. He was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I highly recommend meeting him. His passion for the brand is contagious, and you can tell he is truly invested in the maison, for the level of detail he has when explaining the decor and artwork is inspiring.
