  Great store! The workers were very nice, and quick to get it done. The store overall looks very clean and organized. Really great.

  I've been using the downtown Los Altos UPS services for few years now and to be honest I was surprised to see such low ratings for this place. I had good experience with both Jennifer and Violeta (store manager). The one time I had an issue that was in Violeta's authority to correct, she went an extra mile to resolve it. Overall I had really good experience on multiple occasions with this location. Thank you for your good service.

  Never felt so let down by a local business. Went in on a Friday to place a print order for pick up the next day. Sent the file and was told manager would reply to confirm that afternoon. Nothing. Go in next day to follow up. Not only didn't ever get the message, wouldn't do anything to address the mistake they made. Sometimes an apology with no acknowledgement of mistakes is not enough.
