- VZValentina Zukerman6 days ago5.0I've been using the downtown Los Altos UPS services for few years now and to be honest I was surprised to see such low ratings for this place. I had good experience with both Jennifer and Violeta (store manager). The one time I had an issue that was in Violeta's authority to correct, she went an extra mile to resolve it. Overall I had really good experience on multiple occasions with this location. Thank you for your good service.

Sent the file and was told manager would reply to confirm that afternoon. Nothing. Go in next day to follow up. Not only didn't ever get the message, wouldn't do anything to address the mistake they made. Sometimes an apology with no acknowledgement of mistakes is not enough.

She made everything smooth and easy, and I truly appreciated her positive attitude. Highly recommend this location!

Not only helping me with shipping, and packing, but also taking the time to help me edit my documents, organize them in a much better way, and even assist with the design. She was so patient, creative, and detail-oriented, and made everything look so much more professional. Truly amazing customer service. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend this location!
