I have been with this agency for 35 years, and All-State for nearly 40 years. That's not because they are the cheapest, it's all about the agency. First Chuck, then Stacey, and now Steven. To be honest, Steven hasn't quite leveled up to Chuck or Stacey but I am still here because he is showing promise that this is his goal. You see, the agent is where the real customer service comes from. They are like a talent agent in Hollywood. They work hard for the client, they care for the client, they treat every client like it's a personal challenge to help make them look good. Chuck knew that, and so did Stacey. Steven is definitely striving for that, and I believe he will attain that. Now how do you do that, you represent me, the client. As far the Corprate knows, you are me. Yes, they set policy and you must follow protocols, but without all of the me's, there ain't you, or even them. Insurance is one of those things that we pay entirely to much for compared to how much most, actually use it. Mind you I understand that Insurance is a piece of mind kinda thing, and that a single claim can cost the Insurance companies alot. But here is what is also real. Fourty years with the same company, say on average $5,000 a year for auto insurance alone. That's $200,000, I have submitted what, less than $10,000 in claims. This is the case I guess with the majority of clients. Seems to me that the math favors All State quite handsomely. I get it but, when I need, my agent, to go out on a limb for me once in awhile, I think I have earned that loyalty. I can get cheaper Insurance, but you can't buy the qualities necessary to establish a great business relationship. You either have them, or you earn them. Steven is carrying on a long tradition of providing all the qualities a great business relationship is built on. I still here, Steven, that says alot!
