    Place was overpriced $-$$ to be adjacent to a college (CSULB). I ordered the same meal as a walk-in order at the Carson CA Wingstop location, for around $18.00 less than the Xinemo Ave LBch location. How could their be such a drastic price difference , even if these are Franchises!! 🤔 *( 30 pc Classic Meal )*

    Avoiding placing orders at this location! My order placed a day in advance was not ready as promised, I waited 45 minutes and they had still not even added my order to the queue and they were still taking walk up orders. They told me to get refunded if I didn’t want to wait another hour! Instead of resolving the issue on the spot, I was told to write my name and order number on a sheet of paper to request a refund. The refund was never processed. I then had to contact corporate support and ultimately return to the store in person to have the refund handled. The entire process took far more time and effort than it should have. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating, and the staff did not seem concerned about resolving the issue promptly. Very disappointing experience.

    It is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable that this location does not answer their phone. I called to make a to go order over the phone and it rang for 13 min. I drove to the location where I find it empty and not employees working the register. I thought they were closed. I was told they are ope but only accepting online orders. This is fine however if customers are calling then you should answer the phone and communicate that. It’s also not clear why only online orders are being taken. How is this communicated to customers? Very disappointed in the service. We will have to find a new Wingstop to patronage.

    Selena, the manager, has the worst attitude ever. She is condescending, rude, loud, confrontational. You are going to lose a lot of business. She is quick to say " I'll just refund your money." You know Superbowl is crazy so need more staff. Back to Selena, she mocks you and wants to tell you "do you want to come back here and cook"...well, I said yeah. Didn't take me up on my offer. She rolls her eyes and more. Nah, this will be my last time here.

    I ordered thru grub hub Yet again my order is incorrect, missing items, no dipping sauce not even one. Says bag one or two when I got only one bag But I’ve tried calling both grub hub and wing stop The wing stop keeps answering and hanging up “ they are saucing and tossing” is what two household members are listening to right now and it’s been 7 minutes of trying to call This is not the first time but will definitely be the last I love their food but whenever I decide to use a delivery service. It’s cold, missing items, taste awful and is such a let down. I work so hard all day I don’t ever take it lightly spending my hard earned money just for a complete disappointment, no respect, waste of my time and complete disregard. I will never give them my service again I texted the grub hub driver he said they only gave him one bag At least grub hub was nice enough to answer It’s now been over 10 minutes of two people on hold with the same music and no one can answer. They close at 2am At 12:11 no one can answer and they hang up several times on our first attempts before putting both on hold What has happened to wing stop
