  I’m extremely disappointed. My order was missing 2 large fries and 1 large corn ($5.99 each), which is about $18 worth of food that I paid for and never received. I tried calling right away to get the issue fixed, but no one answered. I even called again the next day and still couldn’t get anyone on the phone. It’s unacceptable to forget that much food and then be completely unreachable when a customer is trying to resolve the problem. I paid for my items and expected to receive them. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

  This location is waaaaaay better than the one off Ximeno. The lady that was working inside 6/5/26 around 2pm was so kind. Every time I would go to the one off Ximeno they were so rude to me. I get, customer service/food service is hard and it sucks bc Im also in the same industry. But she was so nice. I wish I would've gotten her name. The hot lemon pepper wings were fire! I hope they keep that flavor on rotation forever. I also love the coca cola vending machine they have. 10/10

  Soy cliente de estas tienda de alitas pero cada vez que voy los empleados son de lo peor groseros pedantes no sé por qué no capacitan bien al personal cámbiate de lugar de alitas creo que ahí no atienden bien ya me estaron todos son iguales señor supervisor o dueño por favor ponga atención a sus empleados creídos lo siento por mi comentario pero es mi queja

  I got the Louisiana rub. This was one of my best large chain wing shop experiences ever. Juicy crispy and full flavor. The wings had strong bones, no brittle breakage etc.

  The experience was fantastic and I really enjoyed the ambiance and the level of service I recieved from James.. it was my first time at the location and I rarely eat out and he was very patient and descriptive with understanding the menu items and what they came with and detailed to a level that was restaurant server-esque.. even knew the locals who also enjoy certain items such as the Voodoo loaded fries and the sandwiches. He was able to multi-task and take care of other orders while still providing service to be and patient while attentive to when I was ready to order.. great qualities of a leader and high level customer service and as I previously have worked 7 years in 5-star fine dining and recognize certain qualities. He deserves more hours to attend to the customers. A great establishment and the food is great. A location you wont be dissapointed stopping at or dining in.
