  family-owned ups store in long beach, california. very warm and welcoming, keep their cool even when the store is packed. always a smile, sometimes a joke :)

  I used to dread coming in here under the previous ownership. It wasn’t always the most welcoming experience, and it seemed like there was an extra charge for almost everything—even something as simple as taping up a box for a return. Since the change in ownership, things have improved so much. Everyone has been friendly, and the whole process runs much more efficiently now that there’s more than one person handling everything. It’s been a much more pleasant experience overall.

  Terry was great with notary services and getting everything I needed taken care of in a timely manner. Everything was laid out perfectly and pricing was explained so that I could get the best pricing for shipping next day as well as receiving copies of my notary paperwork. I will 100% be going back to this location.

  Terry went above and beyond to help me. He was beyond helpful and literally walked me through how to ship my items across the country. He was great and thats why I always ship out of this store. Terry was helping others in the room simultaneously with ease and didnt let anyone wait while also giving expert customer service. His level of client relationship is a lost art and his ability to be friendly and courteous while handling business on a professional level is unmatched in today's age of electronics. Please recognize Terry for his work. He deserves it.
