  Jacqauline G was very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed something printed and she suggested things that I didn't think of. Her customer service skills A+. I would recommend UPS brown to family and friends. Thank you again Jacqaline G for your help today, much appreciated. Keep up the good work and nice attitude

  This place desperately needs an attitude adjustment ASAP, a customer gets upset at the store charges and policies but the employee takes it to a next level with an attitude and argues with customer and then when im next she continues her attitudes with me, she left me in the middle of the transaction and have me waiting until another employee with a nice attitude came and help me, that lady is not fit for customer service. Replace that employee NOW!!!!👎👎
