  Employees are nice and helpful but the owner charges $5 to print out one sheet of black and white paper (a shipping label). Highway robbery and then the computer is too old and junky to even make the print. Don’t bother with anything but dropping off your ready to go packages; and the owner needs to wake up and get a clue.

  $5 to print a UPS Label. Fedex prints it for free. UPS should rethink their pricing. Especially because each UPS is franchised and individually owned, they can easily decide to print these for free instead of charging an arm and a leg. You own it so set fair prices!

  I believe it was Jayden (not sure of I have the name correct) who helped me but he's awesome and flexible and was a Rockstar help in getting my tax stuff sent out right before the cut off time. Massive THANK YOU!! Awesome!!
