  I had a young man named Tom help me. My email wouldn't go thru to return the package. He went above and beyond what anyone else would have. He got it done instead of giving up. That's just amazing customer service that is hard to find these days

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store #7121. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions while making the entire process quick and easy. They were efficient without making me feel rushed, and it’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service.   Staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and charismatic. The man behind the counter of the long hair was a great conversationalist and helped me with a lot of my documents. Mia was patient and understanding, savvy with all the equipment. The fax machine there kept malfunctioning and somehow got all my documents delivered. Definitely getting a po box here
