    I'd give 0 stars if I could, terrible customer service from some rude red headed girl who stated "that's how I do things here." Told me I couldn't have more spinach, after spreading 5 leafs across my foot long. After I let her know THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. she insisted I continue with my order, completely ignoring my request. Not ever giving me the offer to pay extra or charge me in addition too, completely unprofessional. I recommend you avoid this subway it's nothing like you expected from w real subway from the way they speak about your order in Spanish and what goes in your order. Truly disgusted

    I haven’t had subway in years!! I ordered on the app, I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich and the first one I saw was the onion chicken teriyaki or whatever it was called, I ordered 3 and I modified them to our liking and removed the sauce on all. Got home, took a bite, you guessed it, it has sauce. Had to go back, I waited while the guy was helping another customer and another walked in right before me, I was waiting until he was done helping those two customers to let him know my problem when a lady comes out from the back and came to “help” me. I let her know I ordered 3 chicken sandwich and I specifically selected “no sauce” and all 3 have sauce. She RUDLY answers “well they come with sauce” I answered back “I KNOW & THAT IS WHY I ASKED FOR NO SAUCE” and starts arguing with me, I told her just because it comes with it doesn’t mean you have to put it if they ask for it to be removed. She then rudely says “do you want me to remake them or not” uhm hello that’s why I am here, you’re the one arguing with me making it more difficult than it should be! 🤦🏼‍♀️ The customer that walked in right before me walked out because she was being rude! (I know because he was yelling it as he was walking out) She then rudely proceeded to remake my order, while huffing and puffing, talking under her breath! Just because I told her to wrap my sandwich so it wouldn’t get cold! I told her it’s simple customer service you don’t need to be rude! Another customer that walked in, walks out!! She gets to the last sandwich and I told her that one has extra spinach and she rudely states “I know, I know how to read” I had to answer back “You clearly do not know how to read when the order said no sauce and you still added it” 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess they don’t care about their customers enough to provide simple customer service now and just hire anyone now!! Never spending my money her again!!

    Idk what my last review was but it wasn't good. I try to avoid this place as much as I could. I've been going to other sandwich places, but I do have the subway app that I do use in other towns. So I mean it's ok here. But if u sit and drink a drink, u will not be able to use the restroom. No restrooms for customers, but I do understand because it is wild around here and people do tear up restrooms in this particular area by the train. But still it isn't fair to eat somewhere and have to find another restaurant to let u use the restroom and ur not a customer there. It's like subway sends their problems elsewhere. Also I did not look forward to coming here because it's hit or miss. The last 3 times I came here people were in a grouchy mood. No idea why, if it's the customers rude and putting employees in a bad mood or it's the leading staff. But today they were ok, pretty nice, but no restroom. Ok well I can say i'm some way or another it's a miss every-time here.
