  I always have to give a great review when I have a great experience with food orders. Carisma went above and beyond! Even though she was helping several customers, she stayed upbeat, never rushed my order, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Great customer service!

  I always look forward to stopping by this Subway, especially when Carisma Jones is working. She consistently provides outstanding customer service and always has such a positive, welcoming attitude. No matter how busy it gets, she makes every customer feel valued and takes the time to make my sandwich exactly the way I like it. She always has a smile on her face, keeps the conversation lighthearted, and somehow manages to make my day a little better every time I come in. Employees like Carisma are hard to find, and she’s a huge reason I continue coming back. She truly deserves recognition for the excellent service she provides!

  I really love enjoy enjoying Subway and usually when I go get Subway there’s always some places where I can barely hear the workers like when they’re asking me what I want on my sub or to clarify what I just said. I can barely hear them. However, I ran into this one worker her name was Carisma, and she really lives up to her name! She had so much charisma taking my order. She was loud and clear and she even made my sandwich extra special because I was having a horrible day which I had commented to her about, and she was very kind to me, she also reminded me about the subway app #lifesaver !!! People like Carisma truly encapsulate what it means to work at fast food because she’s fast, efficient, and with a great attitude which is surprising for her age because most people her age are just stubborn and never have a happy face!!! But besides the excellent service at this location, the food is also very yummy and they keep the place very clean, which is why I return to the subway specifically because it is just clean and welcoming staff, and of course great subs 🙂
