  I arrived about 10 min till 8am, the sign said they dont open until 8am so I was just waiting. The worker arrived and sat in her car for a min then went inside at almost 8am. Another lady came and was waiting as well and commented that it was 8am and when she came a couple of weeks ago the same thing happened, they didn't open the door at 8. We could see the girl inside just taking her time setting everything out and when she was finally done it was almost 810 she came and unlocked the door and kinda gave it a little shove and walked away. Once inside she took both our orders at the same time while still rearranging everything. In the process of making my sandwich she was dripping the water from the bottom of the pans that hold the veggies and sauces when she moved them and went to get another one on my bread. I wanted to ask for another bread but didnt feel comfortable. She made my sandwich a $7.99 deal one I added a drink and chips and ahe then proceeded to charge me almost $18. I commented that it didnt seem right for a drink and chips to be $10 more and if that's the case I would skip it and she says , "oh it was my mistake on the line" and then says she's giving me a "discount " and then charges me $12 and change. I'm just getting to eat my sandwich and the top it all off the bread was stale and the veggies did not taste fresh I ended up throwing most of it away. Super disappointed, i've been to this location a few times and have never had a bad experience.

  I just want to say this place is spotless it's immaculate and there is a gal named Dulce she was so professional so knowledgeable and so kind she made me the most delicious sandwich I've ever had in my life not just that had to come back and order a bunch of sandwiches for the rest of my team Thank you so much dulce and thank you Subway

  horrible management, there’s always 1 person working and they always seem to be overworked. nothing against the employees themselves but i have witnessed who i assume is the store owner scolding a worker while they were in the middle of helping us. right across the street from one of the biggest high schools in LB and there is always one person with a long line of customers and online orders. filthy establishment too.

  The the man who helped us I don't know his name Indian male he says he's the mgr did not say hello did not greet us made us feel very unwelcome when he made our sandwiches he slammed down the meat onto the bread we decided to dine in I had a half a sandwich left my husband asked him for a bag and he did not want to walk back to the register to give us a bag he yelled out no I offered you one earlier and you said no so no! I'm not going to give you a bag so I got my phone and started recording hopefully he sees himself on social media being so disrespectful he finally decided to give us a bag but he's going to charge us for the bag rude people like this should not be working with a public! I will never go back to that Subway ever again as we're walking out a lady was walking in so we warned her about the rudeness and disrespectfulness and we also warned another gentleman both said they Mike walk out hopefully they did!!
