  Went to this location yesterday and had the best service I've had in a while! First thing I noticed was that it was clean and smelled nice, which is always nice for somewhere that serves food. The employees were pleasant and made conversation with me as they made my food to perfection. They reminded me of the deals they had available so I could save money while getting what I needed. Ingredients were well portioned. Will definitely be back soon :)

  Order sandwich with double protein paid for it but did not get it. Extra onions did not get it. So I went up to the counter and requested a few extra olives, Then they said "We only put 8 pieces of olives" if you want more you have to put it on your order. 🤨🫪 I did that and they did not do it. They era not customer friendly. Don't follow the instructions on the order. It is silly they can't give just a few extra pieces of olives when asked. After buying 4 foot long sandwich.

  The service is usually great but I was told that I could not use a coupon for my sandwich anymore even though the coupon listed the sandwiches that are not included and mine was not one of them. So I went to the other Subway on Redondo and at check out the guy told me that I had accumulated 2 free sandwiches thru the rewards on the app. One was about to expire in a few days and the other I had almost a year to use. I asked him why the other store never mentioned it and he said he was not sure because it pops up on their screen. I have the app but rarely use it because I like to watch as my sandwich is made. The owners of this store are extremely cheap. They don't even fill up the little meat trays to the weight they're supposed to be. An ex employee there told me that. I'm done going to this Subway. I'll give my money to a different location.
