The customer service I received from Rob was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, his tone was dismissive, and I did not feel treated with respect. I explained that I needed to print papers for school but did not yet have my printing code. He told me to let him know once I had it. After I obtained the code, he asked several printing questions in a manner that made a simple request feel unnecessarily difficult. Only when I was ready to proceed did he explain that printing at the desk involved a $2.50 charge per transaction. I had not encountered this charge before, and explaining it upfront would have saved us both time. My concern is how I was treated and the lack of clear communication. I expected courteous assistance with a straightforward printing request. Rob’s attitude fell well below that expectation and reflected poorly on FedEx’s customer service.

I appreciate the staff, their knowledge, and location of this FedEx office. It is always organized and well stocked. I recently had a photography project and used Canva. "Rob" assisted me with the layout, and tips to insure I was happy with the final result. The outcome was excellent and economical!
