  FedEx office people are worst than the dmv. Really could care less about customer service or being helpful in any way. The nastiest is contagious amongst this bunch.

  Male employee here refused to give me my drivers license after leaving it in copier. Said he had paperwork to do. The disgusting thing about it is that thereafter, he did nothing in particular.

  Horrible service at this place. Can't print a simple pdf, even after you follow all the steps. They will not try to help you, instead the reps will try to explain the basics of attaching a pdf to an email by telling you that the pdf needs to download to the email. What are you talking about? Only way to send a pdf via email is by attaching it.
